The Student Pledge

I understand that I am at this school because my family wants me to be here and because God wants me to be here. Here is what I promise to do:

1. I will attend my church with my family regularly.
2. I will read for at least thirty minutes every day, outside of my schoolwork.
3. I will get out of bed when my parents call me and will not be the cause of being late to school.
4. I will know the conduct rules at my school, and I will obey them.
5. I will treat my teacher, my principal, my classmates, and any person at my school with respect.
6. I will not use bad language.
7. I will raise my hand and ask about schoolwork that I don’t understand.
8. Because I am part of a team in my classroom, I will not act in a way that makes it hard for others to think or pay attention.
